BlinQ – Bob Chua

Bob Chua, Founder of BlinQ joined Graham Brown in the ATP studio to take us through his life journey, talk to us about his previous pursuits and shed light on his latest venture.

BlinQ is a luxury fashion ecommerce platform which leverages AR technology to give the users the unique experience of virtually trying on what they are shopping in a virtual showroom set-up. It plans to be the end-to-end solutions provider for luxury fashion shoppers and have recently raised US$ 2 Million in Seed capital with plans to raise Series A in a few months time. The core team is based out of Malaysia and they are looking to expand their entire operations team to rapidly grow the business across geographies.

WisePass – Lam Tran

WisePass is a subscription-based membership service that allows members to get free bottle service, lunch, dinner or Starbucks coffee at over 150 lavish venues in 3 different countries across South East Asia starting at 300$ US monthly. Starting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2014, the service has expanded to Hanoi, Bangkok, and Manila with an average revenue growth rate of 50% in the past 7 quarters. Following a successful seed funding round in late 2017 with the Singapore-based VC investment firm Expara Ventures, WisePass is continuing to develop and is currently in the process of unveiling an ICO which will bridge the crypto world with the real-world economy. With our PASS tokens, WisePass intends to be the first company to successfully implement crypto-spending in a real-world context to purchase everyday lifestyle goods.
